Who we are
Relay Revenue is a service of Whitaker Ventures LLC. This notice covers information submitted through relayrevenue.co and Relay Revenue pilot-request forms.
What we collect
When you request a review, we collect the contact and company information you provide, including your name, work email, company, optional phone, website, business environment, volume range, primary issue, and notes. We also create a submission reference and limited technical anti-abuse records. Website forms are not intended for customer lists, quote files, DNS records, credentials, message content, payment data, or other confidential records.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your requested review, evaluate pilot fit, communicate about Relay Revenue services, protect forms from abuse, and maintain business records. Submitting a request does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We do not rent or sell submitted contact information. We may use service providers that host the site, store records, deliver communications, manage customer relationships, or support business operations. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.
Retention and security
We retain pilot requests only as long as reasonably needed for the requested service, business records, security, or legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized operators. Client operational data, if later provided under a paid agreement, is handled under separate access, retention, and processing terms. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Email hello@relayrevenue.co.
